Where are you located?

SampleTShirts is online based. Our fulfillment center is proudly located in the heart of the greater Atlanta, GA area in the United States.
What material do you use for your t-shirts?

We print on Tri-Blend shirts.
Do you offer custom order printing?

Yes! SampleTShirts designs are custom printed on available colors according to your purchase. If you would like a different custom order, contact us at info@sampletshirts.com. The minimum order for bulk custom tees is 24 for sizes including Small, Medium, Large, and XL. You may provide your own high quality 300 DPI artwork to info@sampletshirts.com or choose from one of our designs on SampleTShirts.com.
What is your return policy?

SampleTShirts merchandise is made custom to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, our customers are important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to info@sampletshirts.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! SampleTShirts ships domestic (U.S.) and to designated international areas. Shipping and fees will apply upon purchase.
How long do orders take to arrive?

We aim to have your purchased products delivered as soon as possible. Shipping varies per the customer's location. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of order confirmation. Please allot at least 21-30 days for delivery.
